Biodynamic Craniosacral is a touch based therapy that involves active listening to the body’s tides, movements, anatomical shifts; the plethora of expressions that the body makes in its journey towards greater health.
A BCST session looks like tuning in, together, to how you are in the present moment. We work with your body’s inherent wisdom. As your therapist, I listen through touch, to the fluctuations and expressions that arise when the body feels heard in a neutral and compassionate sphere.
Long held traumas, nervous system dysregulation, injuries, emotional landscape curiosities, + are welcome and supported on the table. People of any ages are welcome to try it (and babies tend to love it!).
This therapy is not trying to change you, but show up with open arms to your varying landscapes. The magic of this work resides in supporting our innate capacity to feel-ourselves, our senses, our extensions to the animate world. When space is freed up from holding patterns +, a well of inner wisdom and effervescent health streams into, and through the lives we lead.
To finding what wholeness means for us!

Ayurvedic Massage, or Abhyanga, is a branch of Ayurvedic medicine that incorporates warm medicinal oils and light long massage strokes.
The focal point in this form of massage is pouring this medicinal oil, determined by your dosha, into the body with love. The strokes are rhythmic, quick, and quite light, designed to aid your skin in absorbing the sesame, coconut, or almond oil.
This massage offers a warm place to rest, be rejuvenated, and renewed in a cocoon of touch. As always, the orientation is to feeling the body, finding safety in the therapeutic container, and promoting deep rest.

Doula work nurtures a family’s unique needs, supporting through transitions with dedicated care.
My birth and postpartum doula work focuses on extending networks of care and nourishing the birthing body and baby. This can look like massage work, craniosacral, qi gong, herbal consults, nutritional support, prenatal consults, and planning sessions for the postpartum period.
Though I am not available to be on call for births, I do offer limited postpartum home care (cooking/baby care), as well as consults and bodywork tailored to your needs and desires.

While I complete my Medical Qi Gong certificate, I am taking on a few clients at a time for my practicum.
Medical Qi Gong can be done in classes, on one’s own, or as a form of bodywork. Stay tuned for 1:1 sessions and classes opening up in the coming months.
China Cloud, my home.
China Cloud is a 40’ long wooden sailing vessel made from reclaimed wood on the beaches of Lasqueiti Island. My great great aunte and uncle (Allen and Sharie Farrell) built this boat in their 70s after completing and often gifting many other boats. They inspired a huge family of sailors and rebels that continue to dream of and into lives navigated by wind, weather, and simple rustic living- full to the brim with love and craft.
2 years ago this Samhain, I had the obscene pleasure of inheriting the stewardship of this vessel. A dream come true for me, and the massive privilege of having a home steeped in seaweed tea, wood smoke, and beach living.
Today I live seasonally aboard while slowly but very surely restoring this relic to its original gleam. Future dreams for China Cloud include fundraising projects for restorations, and eventually, rustic artist residencies aboard, in the surrender of the horizon’s low lit awe.
About
Hi there, lovely to meet you. My name is Eden. I am a queer sailor, beauty lover, peace quencher, artist, writer, and bodyworker.
My work is a natural extension of my life, with the slow and the creative reflecting and feeding each other in equal manner. I love spending time on the beach in qi gong forms, or simply watching the mist and sunlight creep over long stretches of beach where I perch my boat. Equally, my love extends to attuning to bodies- or touching pencil to page, and finding beauty upon contact; varied expression the fruition of meeting person or muse in presence.
I work with the tendrils of this love affair-with the land, water, and all their creatures- through lino art, written word, people, and groups.
